Welcome to Charity Chicks Farm Hatchery
The hatchery is now closed down and will not be offering chicks, goats, rabbits or other small livestock.
The farm program has now been restructured to include greenhouse work on the property which generates income for the running of the home. Large livestock are now enjoying trimming the grass in the pastures with a few sheep and llamas for good measure. We still wanted to share what we have done and what we are about.
Enjoy our website and feel free to donate to the ministry for the women or the men's campus as you feel led to give. We have a paypal button the last page.

What are we up to?
In 2011 we hatched the cutest chicks from the most amazing types of chickens that we could find in Canada and the U.S.
In 2012 we have begun greenhouse work in our 4 new greenhouses. This will generate income for our women's recovery home. Propigating cranberries for Ocean Spray seems the most popular order at this time.
Why are we doing this?
Working with the animals, plants and poultry on the farm is therapeutic for body and soul both for the residents and staff of our recovery home/farm.
Caring for the laying hens and collecting eggs daily put us in touch with the reality and basics of life.
Residents of the farm are learning about living in health, and developing work, life and social skills while getting hands on work experience. These skills will be helpful when they transition from the program, move into more private housing on the farm and begin to re-integrate with society at large.
Who are we?
We are a non-profit society and registered charity that was created to help women come out of addictions into freedom and fullness of life.
Our women's facility has been operating since 2008 but we started our farm program in October 2009.
We also have a men's campus that is a working farm for men coming out of a variety of addictions into freedom stability and a disciplined lifestyle. After 30 years of ministry, Wagner Hills has discipled thousands of men.
Where are we?
We are situated on a beautiful 45 acre farm in Langley, BC.
